As part of my new found fitness, I need to lose (a lot of) weight. I'm back on the wagon today.
I have decided to post my weigh ins here as well for accountability, just as I will be doing for my work-outs.
Today's weigh in: 85.55 kg
I will be posting weekly weigh ins.
My final goal is 70 kg, which could take about 1 year if I keep at it religiously. Now, that's a challenge!
