I have been following Paul McKenna's rules for about a month now, maybe a little bit longer. I really love it! I am losing steadily, slowly, but steadily. I have lost every week since I started and it has been so easy! I have never lost weight this easily before. The best thing is that I know this is the right way for my body to lose weight. Yes, it is slow, but it is for the long run, no more yoyo-ing for me!
I know for a fact this time that this is it! These rules are such common sense that they have already become second nature and I know I'll stick with them for the long run.
