Fitness for 2009

Yes, another fitness post! LOL

And very needed it is! I only exercised once - yes, you read that right - in December! On Monday I started again with the aim of exercising three times a week as I was doing before, with the 30 day shred work-outs.

So far, so good, I exercised on Monday and just finished another session. In addition, I will be starting yoga in a studio in a couple of weeks.

I also have a plan to start Tae Bo work-outs, but I will wait until I have successfully reintroduced my three work-outs a week first.
