Fitness goals for December

December is always a tough month when it comes to weight or fitness. I don't want to be overly optimistic with my goals, but I have to set some to help motivate me stay on a healthy path this month.

So, my modest goals:

5 sessions of 30-day shred - level 2 (1/5)
5 sessions of 30-day shred - level 3 (0/5)

I will keep additional work-outs for the new year and stick with the 30-day shred until the end of the year.
