This week is the most I have lost in a loooonnnnngggggg time, so I couldn't be happier. :D

I think my efforts with the 30 day shred work-out are probably starting to pay off. What a good incentive to stick with it.

Starting weight: 85.55 kg
Last week's weight: 85.60 kg
This week's weight: 84.90 kg
Total loss so far: 0.65 kg

Final goal weight: 70 kg

I saw this web as I was driving off to drop the boys at school this morning and knew I would go get the camera when I came back to photograph it. There was actually another one just next to it that was much bigger (it's huge), but it was harder to photograph well so I settled on this one.

Kindergarten Party

Friday night was the party from Connor's group in Kindergarten. All the correspondence we'd got about it or that was on the walls at school being in German, we had basically no clue what to expect. ;)

Turned out the kids had prepared a whole programme for us on the theme of Circus and Connor was to play a fire swallower.

This is the seal of the "Land" (the federal region) of Hessen and the "region" where I live. These seals are on the cars number plates.

30 day shred - Progress

I'm glad because this week is the first week when I have actually done the three sessions I had set out to do. I now have a schedule of Monday-Wednesday-Friday and I finally managed it. :D
