I have found 10 people to take part in a 10-week competition with me in the style of "The Biggest Loser". We all started weighing in on Tuesday and will do so weekly for 10 weeks. There is a weekly pot for the person who loses the most weight (in percentage of body weight) for that week and a final pot for the overall winner: the person who loses the most over the course of the competition (still in percentage).
So, here goes my first weigh in:
06/10/09: 85.5 kg
Goal for the competition: 82 kg
